"DO NOT GO TO THIS INSURANCE COMPANY…. JAMES and ABIGAIL got me to cancel my insurance policy and sign up with them giving me a FALSE QUOTE. when I canceled my policy and went to sign up with them they then informed me that the actually payment was going to be 50$ more a month than what they initially quoted me. Now I’m sitting on the phone begging my previous insurance company to take me back…. WHILE THEY SIT IN THEIR DESK WITH NO CARE IN THE WORLD. To note: my husband and I have a great credit score, no back ground history, and a clean driving record… this is what they were blaming it on…. I THINK THEY GIVE FALSE QUOTES OUT IN HOPES YOU DO WHAT I DID. Go somewhere else and don’t make the same mistake I did. THANK YOU TO TEXAS FARM BEAURA for getting me all fixed up and saving my hide. I can’t stand a crooked salesman/office… and this is exactly what this is!"

"I recently switched requested a quote from James Castellano. He gave us a great price! We were paying $430 for full coverage on two cars through one insurance company, liability for our son ($180 a month) through another agency, and adding a fourth car. We were able to get full coverage on three cars, and liability on our son’s car for $293. In addition to that, we got a better home policy for almost the same price. Mr. Castellano was so helpful and knowledgeable. I just regret not making the move sooner."

"Parasites they provide you a low quote to get you signed up with a new policy. Then they threaten to cancel your new policy after one month or else you have to pay more than double your quoted rates if you want to keep your auto insurance. Their only excuse for the price hike and canceling of the policy is I have a poor credit score.. company doesn't care that I have zero claims, zero accidents, and no traffic violations on my record. These important factors should always outweigh credit score when it comes to risk factor calculation algorithms Completely deceptive, unfair price gouging, discrimination intentionally causing adverse effects to consumers. This company only cares about lining their corporate pockets. Insurance companies and their underwriter's need to be held accountable for their dishonorable shady corruptive practices."
